Deborah Horne is an Emmy award winning television news reporter. She has worked for Seattle’s KIRO 7 News for more than 32 years. Before she became a journalist, Deborah was part of history in her hometown of Newport News, Virginia. She and others made up the largest group of Black students to integrate Newport News High School. Deborah joins the Chino Y Chicano to talk about that experience and how it still affects her today.
